Maarqual does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. We don’t offer any reimbursement for transaction charges, the amount paid to third parties or for the services already availed or any other miscellaneous charges.

Our refund policy covers the refunds on a website developed by Maarqual or services provided and managed by Maarqual until the set time period. Our refund policy does not stand applicable for companies which are not owned or controlled by Maarqual or for persons not employed or managed by us. This includes any third party service and/or product providers bound by contract and also, any third-party websites to which Maarqual website link.
Any request related to cancellation must be submitted to the billing department of Maarqual. You can request cancellation on email – info@marqual.com or mailing the cancellation request letter on our address mentioned on the website.
On receiving your cancellation request, our billing department will contact you for the cancellation issue and will advise you accordingly. Only upon approval from the billing department, your cancellation request will be deemed valid for a refund.
Work Delay- If there is a work delay from our end, Partial Refund of 50% of the project amount will be paid. However, there is no guarantee of the refund as we will evaluate the response rate from the client’s end and work required.
Work Rejection- No Refund. If you didn’t like the work as the design or creative, we are willing to rework on it. Since the design is a very subjective thing and opinion can vary from person to person we will not be able to do any refund for it.
*No refunds will be issued if abuse of our terms of service or acceptable use policy forces Maarqual to suspend or terminate your services prematurely.
You agree that Maarqual is not liable for any correspondence from email address (es) other than the ones followed by our own domain or/and any number that is not mentioned on our website. Maarqual should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. We only take responsibility for any communication through email address (es) under our own domain name or/and via number i.e. already mentioned on our website.
Maarqual reserves all the rights to change the cancellation and refund policy at any time without any prior notice. Any updates in the policy will be updated immediately on this page.
